Moondance Cottage

Nestled amongst the natural beauty of Wandiligong, Moondance Cottage overlooks the glorious valley and all that it has to offer.

Sit out on the deck and read a book, or enjoy a nice glass of red as you relax and unwind. There's nothing here to distract you from your sole purpose - to let go of the stress of the city and enjoy the tranquility of Mother Nature. . If you're concerned about your environmental footprint, you can rest easy at Moondance knowing that the environmentally friendly design and upkeep will not harm the beautiful surrounds. 

Moondance cabin is made from mud brick and recycled timbers . It is very rustic & eco friendly we are off the grid and get all our water & power from the creek ( Hydro system  ) . Up stairs is the bed room with a queen size bed and also a reading nook with a great selection of books . Down stairs is the bathroom with a double shower , toilet and basin , kitchen and dining / living room . All the linen and towels are supplied . On the back deck , rustic furniture , bbq and a fire place . It also has bistro blinds so on those cold days or nights you can still get out and enjoy the beautiful views and light the fire place and relax . Perfect spot for a wine & cheese platter . The cottage is located away from our house  . There is NO TV or phone service but there is lots of movies on the hard drive . To keep the cottage warm in winter you will need to keep the fire place going . All the fire wood is supplied . If you need help with lighting the fire please let us know as the cottage is very well built  it stays very warm . I can also have the fire place going on arrival.The cottage  is very rustic if you are looking for white plaster walls with all the modern features this is not the place for you . If you are not looking for that then you will definitely love it as much as we do .
